Shipping policy

Thank you for sailing with Cranston's Bean & Mariner Coffee Co.! We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by country and may be subject to customs delays. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page at cranstonbeanmariner.com/pages/track-your-order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@cranstonbeanmariner.com and we'll make it right.
